Due to Friuli’s cultural complexity  the history of Witchcraft in Friuli is much more complex and layered than we might think.
This lesson explores it, from the origin of the world “Strega” to the role of Healers and the struggle of Female and Male powers when the Church and modern medicine started to seize control, going deep into the figure of the witch, her powers and her role in society.
